The co- founders of Shizen sushi & more are from Tokyo Japan, a mecca of top-quality Japanese and international cuisine that is a part of everyday life. We are passionate about bringing that quality and standard to Australia to make contemporary authentic fresh Japanese food an everyday experience for Australians.
Our concept
‘Shizen’ (自然) means nature or natural in Japanese and was chosen as a reflection of the natural and fresh ingredients used in Japanese cuisine.
Our mission
